Pricing and billing
- How much does Taskora cost?
- Free, no credit card needed. After that, one flat plan from $10/seat/mo (yearly, save 23%) or $13/seat/mo (monthly). Every feature is in that plan.
- Does the price go up as we grow?
- Every seat costs the same whether you're four people or forty. There's nothing extra to buy later.
- What happens after the free period?
- You can switch to the flat paid plan, and your data stays where it is. There are no surprise charges.
- Do prices change?
- Prices can change. If they do, existing workspaces hear it from us first, in plain words.
The free period and getting in
- Is there a free plan?
- Free to start until November 1, no credit card. After that, there's a 14-day free trial. We don't offer a permanent free tier today.
- How do I get in?
- Try Taskora at https://app.taskora.ai/. Every team gets direct founder support.
- How does signing up work?
- Enter your email and we'll send you a secure link. Opening it sets up your workspace, free to start, no credit card.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. It's free to start, no credit card. Billing only starts after the 14-day free trial.
Deployment and self-hosting
- Can we self-host Taskora?
- Yes, on request, at the same flat price. Email hello@taskora.ai and we'll walk you through what it takes.
- Can Taskora run air-gapped?
- Yes. Taskora runs fully air-gapped for teams whose data cannot leave the company network. The data sovereignty page goes deeper.
- Where does our data live, and can we get it out?
- In the hosted setup your data lives with us, encrypted at rest and in transit, and you can request a full export at any time. If you need self-hosted or air-gapped deployment, email hello@taskora.ai.
Enterprise and SSO
- What about Enterprise / SSO / custom terms?
- Enterprise plans are on request: email hello@taskora.ai. We’ll talk through custom terms, volume pricing, onboarding, whatever your team needs. There is no self-serve checkout for Enterprise.
Data and product
- How do sprints work?
- A sprint is a batch of time-boxed work with a name and an end date. You set the length, from a week to a month, and name each cycle what your team already calls it. Taskora calls its own cycles waves. Unfinished tasks land in the Backlog, and the next sprint picks them up.
- Can we export our data and leave?
- Yes. You can request a full export at any time. Your work shouldn't be held hostage.
- Is AI included?
- AI assist is in development and rolls out to early members first. It's not live just yet.
